Мониторинг деятельности организаций высшего образования: панель наблюдений за 2015–2023 гг.

Аннотация

Цель статьи состоит в расширении доступа к данным Мониторинга деятельности образовательных организаций высшего образования, которые обладают большим потенциалом для решения управленческих и исследовательских задач: в базе данных Мониторинга представлена обширная информация по большинству российских вузов и их филиалов начиная с 2013 г. Обзор научных публикаций показал, что данные Мониторинга уже используются в исследованиях образования, в частности при изучении факторов эффективности российских вузов и построении типологий вузов. Однако круг участников таких исследований ограничен несколькими научными коллективами. Можно ожидать, что открытие панели данных в формате, пригодном для количественного анализа, позволит расширить круг исследователей высшего образования. Для открытого доступа подготовлены данные Мониторинга по всем вузам и филиалам за 2015–2023 гг. в виде панели наблюдений. Эти данные описывают 2297 организаций, 1333 из них — филиалы.
