Современные исследования агентности в сфере образования: систематизация ключевых понятий и разработок

Аннотация

«Агентность» рассматривается как зонтичное понятие, объединяющее конструкты, которые описывают проактивное индивидуальное действие человека на окружающую среду и непосредственно связанные с таким действием индивидуальные характеристики. Проведен анализ обнаруженных в результате поиска по ключевым словам в основной базе международного научного цитирования Scopus публикаций, в которых встречается понятие «агентность» и близкие термины: резильентность, автономия, инициативность и т.п. Кроме того, рассмотрена выборка научных публикаций исследователей, наиболее авторитетных в области практической образовательной политики. Систематизация полученных результатов опиралась на четыре основных критерия: различение между действием и намерением, масштаб действия, стратегический/нестратегический характер намерения, универсальная/локальная применимость понятия или конструкта. Авторы делают вывод о перспективности и важности задачи операционализации деятельностных и «стратегических» характеристик агентности, в связи с чем обсуждают принципиальную адекватность подходов к измерению характеристик человека, доминирующих сегодня в социальных науках.
