Связь «мягких» навыков с образовательными результатами в высших учебных заведениях на примере студентов бакалавриата направления «Менеджмент»

Аннотация

Применительно к проблеме развития и оценки «мягких» навыков в высших учебных заведениях исследуется связь между баллами за учебные дисциплины и уровнем развития таких компетенций, как лидерство, работа в команде, аналитика, принятие решений, коммуникации, убеждение и влияние. Выборку составили студенты бакалавриата направления «Менеджмент» на экономическом факультете МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова. В анализе используется модель множественной регрессии, логистическая регрессия, порядковая логистическая регрессия и иерархическая кластеризация. Установлено, что числовые способности студентов положительно связаны с оценками по 22 предметам. Компетенция «лидерство» положительно связана с оценками по трем предметам, навыки убеждения — по девяти, аналитические способности — по семи. Числовые способности и компетенция «убеждение» положительно связаны со средней оценкой студентов по всем предметам. При этом навыки принятия решений отрицательно связаны с оценками по девяти дисциплинам, а навыки коммуникации — по пяти дисциплинам, что может объясняться особенностью применяемых оценочных средств. В 14 случаях из 26 уровень сформированности компетенций лучше, чем показатели числовых способностей, предсказывает получаемые студентами оценки. Для преодоления разрыва между подходами к оцениванию, применяемыми в рамках учебных дисциплин, и критериями, на которые опираются работодатели при оценке соискателей, авторы считают целесообразным изменить форматы оценочных средств и структуру шаблона рабочих программ дисциплин.
