Исследование действием как способ трансформации представлений педагогов о применении цифровых сервисов на уроке

Аннотация

Учителя трех общеобразовательных школ участвовали в проекте, целью которого было оценить возможности исследования действием — «изучения, как что-то делать, делая это» — как способа изменить их представления и профессиональные практики. После продолжительного курса обучения учителя самостоятельно проектировали и проводили уроки по своему предмету с использованием цифровых инструментов для стимулирования активного учения. В ходе этой работы они получали постоянную поддержку наставника — автора статьи, а также проходили входное, промежуточные и итоговое интервью. Эти интервью дали возможность проследить, как меняется отношение учителя к цифровым инструментам, как он воспринимает деятельность учащихся в условиях применения этих инструментов, как оценивает собственную работу по проектированию и проведению урока. Установлено, что представления учителей трансформируются таким образом, что предпочтительной формой организации урока становится обучение, центрированное на ученике. Учителя отметили, что самостоятельно проведенное ими исследование на собственном классе помогло им принять предлагаемые инструменты и формы работы. Изменилось отношение учителей к цифровым сервисам: они стали рассматриваться как инструмент не только для себя, но и для учеников. Новые способы применения цифровых инструментов изменили характер урока, спровоцировали переход от фронтального обучения к активным формам работы. При этом работа с цифровым инструментом стала для учителей более осознанной и осмысленной.
