Выгорание школьников: адаптация опросника на российской выборке
Аннотация
Статья посвящена адаптации опросника выгорания школьников (School Burnout Inventory, SBI), разработанного финскими исследователями в русле традиции изучения феномена выгорания. Представлен концепт выгорания школьников и краткая история его изучения за рубежом и в РФ, а также ключевые результаты эмпирических исследований. Описана процедура адаптации инструмента на выборке 3197 российских школьников. Опросник обладает трехфакторной структурой и включает три шкалы: Истощение; Цинизм; Чувство несоответствия. Проведенный анализ подтверждает, что инструмент обладает надежностью, структурной и конвергентной валидностью и может быть использован в исследованиях школьного благополучия/неблагополучия. Обсуждаются возможные направления применения опросника.
