Культуры вовлеченности в студенческое самоуправление в российских вузах: тусовщики, прагматики и граждане
Аннотация
Проведено исследование с целью выявить модели вовлеченности студентов в университетское самоуправление, а также факторы, мотивирующие и демотивирующие студентов к участию в самоуправлении. Эмпирическую основу исследования составили материалы проведенных осенью 2022 г. 72 интервью с руководителями студенческого самоуправления в российских вузах. В результате многоэтапного кодировании и тематического анализа этих материалов авторы идентифицировали три основные культуры участия в студенческом самоуправлении: базовая характеризуется преобладанием мотивации личной социализации и индивидуального развития, для прагматической культуры приоритетной значимостью обладают материальные и карьерные стимулы, гражданская культура участия ориентирована на социальное признание, помощь другим людям и решение общественных проблем. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для разработки стратегий повышения эффективности работы с разными группами студентов в студенческом самоуправлении в России как на уровне отдельных университетов, так и на уровне регионов, групп вузов или страны в целом.
