Особенности реакции индивидов на обратную связь, получаемую в условиях не связанных друг с другом заданий

Аннотация

Проведен лабораторный эксперимент, в котором приняли участие 130 студентов МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова. Участникам предлагалось выполнить задания, не связанные друг с другом и предполагающие наличие разных навыков: тест на аналитические способности и тест на соотнесение стран с их столицами. После первого задания участникам из группы воздействия предоставлялась обратная связь: справился ли участник лучше или хуже половины остальных участников в своей группе. Такая обратная связь неинформативна в отношении нового задания, так как успех или неудача в тесте на аналитические способности не связаны с тем, знает ли индивид страны и их столицы. Установлено, что студенты реагируют на негативную обратную связь: участники из группы, получившей негативную обратную связь, значимо ниже оценивают вероятность своего успеха в следующем задании. Особенностью работы является проведение эксперимента в течение двух дней во избежание возникновения «ошибки горячей руки», описанной в предыдущих исследованиях. Для проверки гипотез используются статистические тесты и регрессионный анализ, а также бутстрэп. Получен устойчивый во времени эффект неинформативной в отношении нового задания обратной связи.
