Политика взаимодействия с выпускниками в многопрофильном университете (на примере Дальневосточного федерального университета)

Аннотация

Взаимодействие с выпускниками — сравнительно новая сфера деятельности для российских университетов. В то же время потребность в разработке политики взаимодействия с выпускниками постоянно растет, особенно в развивающихся и реформируемых университетах. Университеты пытаются с нуля выстроить новую культуру взаимоотношений с выпускниками. 

Проведены 11 полуструктурированных интервью с деканами Дальневосточного федерального университета, в которых обсуждаются университетская культура отношений с выпускниками, институционализация этих отношений, формы коммуникации и выгода, которую могут извлечь из сотрудничества и выпускники, и их alma mater. С опорой на теории социальных полей и социального капитала авторы выделяют теоретические и практические принципы, которые могут лечь в основу эффективной политики взаимодействия с выпускниками: 1) открытость университета и его кампуса для всех выпускников; 2) институционализация взаимодействия с сообществами выпускников в устойчивых социальных полях; 3) поддержка неформальных сообществ выпускников и их амбассадоров; 4) поддержка развивающихся сообществ выпускников; 5) развитие форматов и практик поддержки университета его выпускниками (как в материальной, так и в нематериальной форме). Практика материальной поддержки университета его выпускниками пока не получила распространения в России и не может быть основой взаимодействия с выпускниками. Вместо этого следует строить прочные межличностные отношения, продвигая ценности доверия и сотрудничества, в котором активную роль играют ассоциации выпускников и неформальные сообщества.
