Информационное поведение специалистов высшего педагогического образования: приоритеты и дефициты

Аннотация

Проведено исследование информационного поведения специалистов высшего педагогического образования с целью выявить наиболее активно используемые стратегии работы с информацией и разработать рекомендации по повышению профессиональной компетентности специалистов в применении современных библиотечно-информационных инструментов и сервисов. Выборку опроса составили 1516 представителей вузов, готовящих педагогические кадры, из 50 регионов России. Онлайн-анкета содержала блоки вопросов, направленные на выявление предпочтений в использовании каналов и форматов работы с профессиональной информацией; оценку степени удовлетворенности текущим положением с информационной поддержкой образовательной и исследовательской деятельности; анализ востребованности периодических изданий и электронных ресурсов; сбор предложений по совершенствованию библиотечно-информационного обеспечения в сфере образования.

Анализ полученных данных позволил описать ключевые источники и каналы профессиональной информации, используемые российскими специалистами высшего педагогического образования, а также выявить отдельные недостатки в информационном обеспечении их образовательной и исследовательской деятельности. В частности, отмечена высокая востребованность отечественных электронных библиотек (eLibrary, «КиберЛенинка» и др.) и низкий уровень использования бесплатных зарубежных сервисов (Google Scholar, SciSpace, Zotero), которые могли бы быть полезны в условиях ограниченного доступа к зарубежным наукометрическим базам данных (Scopus, WoS и др.).

Решение выявленных проблем требует повышения цифровой грамотности преподавателей, обучения их методам и стратегиям информационного поиска, а также формирования навыков эффективного использования современных библиотечно-информационных инструментов и сервисов.
