Чьи дети? Внешкольное образование в странах бывшего Советского Союза

Аннотация

Система внешкольного образования в Советском Союзе имела высокий уровень институционального развития и устойчивости, который обеспечивал универсальный охват детей внешкольными занятиями и их доступность. После распада СССР бывшие советские республики выстраивают сектора внешкольного образования, опираясь на советское наследие и поиски национальной идентичности в вопросах организации внешкольного времени детей и их воспитания. Проведено исследование с целью сопоставить актуальное состояние секторов внешкольного образования во всех 15 странах бывшего Советского Союза. Представлены результаты анализа моделей их институциональной трансформации, которая приводит к содержательным и системным изменениям в отношении государства и общества к детскому внешкольному времени.
