Датасет о наукометрии российских ученых: кейс eLibrary

Аннотация

Представлена база аналитических наукометрических данных, агрегированных с сайта eLibrary[1]. Парсинг осуществлен с помощью языка Python, цель алгоритма — получение ссылок с данными об авторах. В формате Excel сгенерирована база по федеральным вузам и вузам — участникам Проекта «5-100», программы «Приоритет-2030» и более детально по вузам и организациям РАН в Свердловской области. База представлена матрицей: по строкам информация по i-му автору, по столбцам — наукометрические показатели. Несмотря на ограничения, присущие базе eLibrary, ее данные пригодны для исследования и оценки научной деятельности российских вузов. В силу расслоения региональных вузовских систем в России для них актуально сотрудничество с ведущими отечественными вузами, и для оценки параметров научной деятельности в национальном масштабе необходимы внутренние базы, например eLibrary.
