Социальные предикторы формирования различий в дискурсе о качестве школьного образования

Аннотация

Качество школьного образования — не только нормативное, но и социальное понятие, находящееся в актуальном коммуникативном поле практически всех общественных групп. Отношение к качеству образования и мерам, направленным на его повышение, — сложная и неоднозначная мировоззренческая конструкция, которая способна как объединять людей, относящихся к разным профессиям, проживающих на разных территориях, придерживающихся разных политических взглядов, так и разъединять людей, относящихся, казалось бы, к гомогенной общественной группе.

Данная публикация вносит вклад в исследование факторов, оказывающих влияние на восприятие разными стейкхолдерами качества школьного образования, на их отношение к мерам, направленным на его повышение. По результатам интервью с представителями разных социальных групп, заинтересованных в качестве школьного образования, представлен дискурсивный анализ понятия «качество образования» с позиций современных социальных теорий. Особый акцент сделан на выявлении причин фиксируемых различий в представлениях членов разных общественных групп о качестве школьного образования, что в итоге позволяет выйти на методы прогнозирования их поведения в отношении предпринимаемых государством мер по управлению качеством школьного образования.
