Институты качества университетского образования: макроуровень

Аннотация

Статья представляет собой первую часть размышлений о качестве университетского образования во взаимосвязи с ролями, которые принимают на себя университеты. В ней приведен обзор подходов к определению качества, проанализированы результаты рейтингования университетов в международных рэнкингах как способа оценки качества с учетом отражения в рэнкингах разных ролей университетов. На основе сопоставления качества университетского и школьного образования в России сформулирована гипотеза о рисках снижения качества в связи с распространением технологий искусственного интеллекта. 

Во второй части, которую авторы надеются опубликовать позже, будут обобщены подходы к проектированию систем обеспечения качества в России и за рубежом, на основе опыта экономического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова описаны принципы построения внутриуниверситетских систем обеспечения качества.
