Development a Model to Quantitative Assessment Project Management Maturity

Abstract

This model allows assessing the project management maturity quantitatively and determining the development trend of the project management. This model was approved in 10 consulting companies. This research was allowed to assess project management maturity quantitatively, collect information about time declinations and cost declinations in companies and construct regression equation of dependence declinations from maturity level.
