Abstract

Are examined basic condition, methods and models, the technological and technical solutions, intended for the adaptive control of the information systems of organizational structures of queueing at the stages of design and operation of the information system. The organizational structures are the field of application of methodology, at the basis of activity of which is the assignment of the repetitive services to their users.
